Take this survey to help research on psychological toll of pandemic

Worldwide survey seeks input on everyone’s mental health

How is COVID-19 affecting your mental health? Many of us have experienced some psychological change, whether it’s sadness, loneliness or anxiety, and researchers are trying to grasp the extent.

UBC’s Dr. Lakshmi Yatham, professor and head of the UBC department of psychiatry, is among those studying how people are coping with COVID-19. He’s looking at how mental health services can evolve to meet current needs, and how we can individually cope with anxiety.

Your input can help. Yatham is collaborating with international researchers on COH-FIT, a survey about mental and physical health that can be completed in 15 to 30 minutes. Over 100,000 people worldwide have taken the anonymous survey, which will help researchers determine what resources society needs to help us bounce back from the pandemic.
